This series product is my company developed a new type of tunnel kiln ferry equipment, a device can realize the ferry at the same time, carts and top car with multiple functions.

The hydraulic ferry car jacking machine is one of the core equipment of the kiln car transportation system in brick factories. It is mainly used to jack up, move and accurately position the kiln car to the target track or work station. Its performance characteristics are as follows:

Load-bearing capacity: The hydraulic system provides a strong jacking force, and the single machine load-bearing capacity can reach 50-300 tons, meeting the transportation needs of kiln cars of different specifications (fully loaded with brick blanks) in brick factories.

Hydraulic system: Equipped with a high-pressure plunger pump station, it has a fast response and stable output, and the jacking speed is adjustable; the dual-cylinder synchronous control technology ensures that the car jacking platform is evenly stressed to prevent the kiln car from tilting.

Automated linkage: Integrated with a PLC control system, it can preset the jacking and transverse movement paths and automatically cooperate with the opening and closing of the kiln door and the operation of the shuttle vehicle.
