1. Core Equipment: Two-Stage Vacuum Brick Extruder Our flagship device is double-stage vacuum extruder, specially designed for clay, shale, coal gangue raw materials. The vacuum deaeration structure effectively removes air inside mud, improving brick blank density and finished brick strength. Wear parts such as screw sleeves and stirring blades adopt wear-resistant casting materials, lowering replacement frequency and daily maintenance costs. The machine stably extrudes solid bricks, hollow porous bricks, which are widely used for rural residential construction and general infrastructure projects in developing countries.
2. Matched Supporting Auxiliary Line We supply the complete front-end mud processing system matched with the vacuum extruder: raw material crushing, grinding, stirring, aging and feeding equipment. Customers can freely combine auxiliary machines according to their raw material conditions and daily output needs. We do not produce sintering kilns, tunnel kilns and curing workshops; we only provide the mud preparation and brick blank forming section of the whole brick-making process.
3. Simple Electrical Control & Wide Adaptability The whole line adopts conventional stable electrical control system, easy for local workers to learn and operate. We adjust motor power, voltage standard and equipment layout to adapt to power grid conditions and factory space of different countries.
