The vacuum extrusion brick making equipment adopts proven rigid plastic forming technology. It can fully recycle clay, shale, coal gangue, fly ash, mine tailings, construction waste and other solid wastes to produce standard solid bricks, hollow perforated bricks, paving bricks and wall blocks. Fitted with variable frequency intelligent control systems and wear-resistant alloy spiral components, the equipment effectively reduces the cracking rate of green bricks and improves the density of brick blanks. Multiple models are available to suit small and medium semi-automatic brick plants as well as large fully automated production lines matched with tunnel kilns.

The whole production line covers the full technological process including raw material crushing, mixing, conveying, blank cutting and intelligent stacking. Supporting auxiliary equipment contains double-shaft mixers, roller crushers, belt conveyors, automatic blank cutting machines and servo stacking robots. Automated stacking replaces manual labor, greatly lowering labor costs, improving workshop safety and enabling long-term unattended continuous production.
