Our vacuum extrusion brick-making equipment adopts mature stiff plastic thermoforming technology. It can efficiently process various solid waste raw materials including clay, shale, coal gangue, fly ash, mine tailings and construction waste to produce standard solid bricks, hollow perforated bricks, paving bricks, wall blocks and other building products. Equipped with frequency conversion intelligent control system and wear-resistant alloy spiral components, the equipment effectively reduces the cracking rate of green bricks and greatly improves the compactness of blanks. The whole brick production line covers the whole process of raw material crushing, mixing and conveying, blank cutting and forming, intelligent palletizing. It is equipped with complete auxiliary equipment such as double-shaft powerful mixers, fine roller crushers, belt conveyors, program-controlled strip and blank cutting machines and servo palletizing robots.
